** This beautiful yarn has already been washed and pre-shrunk. However, the style may look as though it's shrunk after hand washing — this is normal. Simply give the garment a gentle spin, then flick it a few times to release the fibres, and iron or steam to restore its original shape and fit.

Returns Policy
Although we hope you love all your items from Willow Collective, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original label still attached or still in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
