Meet the Titchie Cindy Dress.
A pretty, midi-length summer dress made in a lightweight, breathable, super soft 100% cotton that has a subtle crisp finish and slight crinkle texture.
This style features adjustable straps and a shirred bodice. We’ve added a couple of extra “deets” like the frill detail and a wide hem. Cindy is fitted through the bust, however the shirring allows for a little extra room and adjustment.

Returns Policy
Although we hope you love all your items from Willow Collective, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original label still attached or still in the original packaging.
