Returns Policy
Although we hope you love all your items from Willow Collective, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original label still attached or still in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

We offer flat rate $10 shipping on all purchases within Australia or spend over $100 and get FREE delivery! We will ship your order the same day if ordered before 2pm. Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be delays that are out of our control but we will endeavour to get your purchases out to you as soon as possible.
